Okay so last night was my 8th grade social. I had a really pretty dress on. It was all different colors of green. My hair was put into a pony-tail and I put on fake nails & fake toenails. Yes, they have those. (:
When I got to the dance, I took pictures with a lot of my friends. But none of us started dancing til about 7:30(oh it was from 7-10). All the girls, including me, took off our heels in less then 25 minutes. We danced in bare feet.
The social was jammin! I fast danced with Ben and Brendon like a million times. I slowed danced with Ben & Kyle. And yes, I even grinded with Brendon twice. Sorry, but I'm a big girl now!
I guess you can say I'm liking someone new. ♥

Ahhhh Horirible Weekend.
Actually, horrible month of May.
On May 1st, this girl Kim died. I wasn't really friends with her but I saw the aftermath of the accident. It was yucky. My mom said I couldn't go to the wake because I was too young. But...
A few weeks later my friend's dad died. I am now going to the wake. Great.
Oh yeah,
happy birthday Alex!
a real happy birthday. :(

The ACI
As a field trip for no bullying, my school decided to take us to the state jail. There we went to the courtyard, through security, and heard stories from real prisoners themselves. The security, was crazy. It had so many rules. EX. Jeans may not be too baggy or tight, No V-neck shirts, no hooded sweatshirts, no jewelry, no under wire bras, etc. I was so nervous the alarm would go off on me. But it didn't, thank goodness.
When we went into the jail, 5 people led us to our seats. They wore beige color clothing. At first, I thought they were security but they weren't. They were the prisoners. I met 2 murderers, 1 ex-gang member, 1 robber, and 1 drug dealer. They were really scary, glaring at us and yelling and swearing at us. We weren't allowed to slouch, for they wanted us to feel uncomfortable and we couldn't touch the tables because that was where the prisoners see their family and friends for the last time and they cry there. They asked us some questions, like "How many of you, honestly, have smoked weed or cigarettes?" I closed my eyes, not wanting to know how many people raised their hands. When I opened them, I was surprised. Out of 105 students, 12 of them raised their hands. Twelve 14-year old raised their hands, most of them my friends. But they are trying to stop. It was sad. I DO NOT SMOKE WEED, CIGARETTES, NOR DRINK ALCOHOL!
We went out to the courtyard. Big fields, post office, school, offices, and other scary places.
STAY OUT OF JAIL YOU DUMMIES!

New President
We have a new president! Yipeee! Barack Obama is our 44th president, isn't it great? I got to watch it in school on Tuesday and missed math and lunch. It was great. Maybe Obama will do a better job then Bush, I have no doubt about it. I might be able to live a good life when I get older and not be homeless. That was the way it was going when Bush was president, no offense.
On Tuesday, at 12pm exactly, Bush was sworn out. When Bush was leaving the White House for the last time, people were singing "The Wicked Witch Is Dead". Well not exactly, but leave it up to one of them and he may be soon. Obama was sworn into presidency at 12:06. We went 6 minutes without a president! What could have happened in those 6 minutes? A nuclear war, etc.
Oh yeah and that night, the little Obama girls went on a scavenger hunt in the White House. And at the end of it, guess who was there? The Jonas Brothers! They got a private concert. How cool would it be to be their friend? But I wouldn't. They might think I am only being their friends for the opportunity and they need real friends, and if I got near them, I would be their for the opportunity.
Isn't it great?
Our 44th president is African American and I was alive to see it.

Gobble Gobble!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Gobble gobble. Today was ahb-solutely ah-mazing!!! Ohk, so here is my story of the whole day!
I woke up around 830am still half asleep, very tired. Last night, I went to bed around 1030pm because we were getting ready for today. So I woke up and ate 'Apple Jacks' cereal. Two bowls, I think and then I went down stairs to listen to music. I listen to the same 4 songs every day. They are: Hands Off, Then I Woke Up, How Do You Like Me Now, and Parents Don't Understand;; all by The Clique Girlz. After about 915 I decided to take a nice, hot shower. It felt ah-mazing. After I got dressed, my mom yelled to me so I could do my chores and it bothered me because she never speaks calmly. So we fought for a little bit and I finally won. She cried and so did I but she speaks calmly and doesn't yell all her words anymore. So around 1pm, my whole family came over and we had a feast. I had 10 biscuts, turkey, corn, chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and lots of other stuff. Boy was I full after all that! I decided to sleepover my aunts that night so we left and went to her friends house where this ah-mazingly hawt 17 year old named Collin. I wished he talked to me more but he didn't. So now I am at my aunts house saying,
"Gobble Gobble! Happy Thanksgiving!"

Grown-Up Houses
During science class, my good friends Elanna and Nikki decided to grow up and have there houses next to each other.
Me and my best friend Lauren were walking around our neighborhood today, and we got to my dream house. It is tan with black shutters, a black door, and white sills. Lauren said, "Coolio. That is my dream house." And she pointed to the house next door. I automatically thought of Nikki and Elanna. Funny, huh?
Me and Lauren will be next door neighbors when we get older. I will have 4 pets! 2 cats, 1 dog, and 1 parrot.
Cats: Twix & Pumpkins
Dog: Iggy
Parrot: Crackers
Tah-dah!

The Rumor
"Teen star of the hit Disney television series “Hannah Montana” Miley Cyrus appears to have died in a tragic car accident in the early hours of Friday morning. The young starlet was on her way to the filiming [sic] of the upcoming “Hannah Montanna” [sic] Series when her vehicle was reportedly hit by a large truck. Witnesses estimate that the colliding vehicle was travelling [sic] at “At least 55mph” and had “Run a stop sign.” Although rushed in a [sic] critical condition to Pacific Alliance Medical Centre [sic], the news broke quickly amongst reporters that the teen had succumbed to her injuries during surgery."
As soon as I saw this, I laughed. If you don't know that I HATE Miley Cyrus, then you need to know this. I am not mean enough to wish she was dead but this made me laugh hysterically. It made my day!
Wouldn't it be the best of both worlds?

Got Milk?
At lunchtime yesterday, I was having a great time. My friend Colby was talking about her unicorns and Courtney and Tyler were holding hands. Ahh, it was great. My friend Mike just had to come sit down next to Colby and steal her milk. He just had to, didn't he?
You may be thinking he poured it on you! Haha! He didn't. He laughed at a joke and slammed the milk down. And I just had to be sitting across from him. The milk got all over me: in my hair, my face, and even on my sweatshirt. It also got on my friend Katie. So we went to the bathroom to clean up, and yes, that means ditching class.
We changed all the clothes that got wet and washed our face. But we didn't have any shampoo to wash our hair so we just rinsed it. The hair, of course, still smelt like milk. Yuck! Mrs. Lovett, the evil Spanish teacher, yelled at us, but our friends had our backs.
Of course, the day I get wet is the day I had to leave school early and go to a orthodontist appointment. So I sat there while those weird people were fixing my mouth and they were all like, "Your hair smells like milk." I got pretty mad. I would just rather have them talk about my hair behind my back then say it right in my face, literally.

The Sunday Morning Scare
So this morning, around 830am, I decided to eat breakfast. While eating my Apple Jacks, I was thinking about ghosts, my new obsession, when all of a sudden there was this loud bang. My 1-year old cat, Marshmallow, came running through the dining room, into the kitchen, and ran out, to where I would not find him. I quickly got up and looked into the dining room. There lying down, on the table was the grandfather clock. My grandpa made this by scratch before he died in 1993.
So, the grandfather clock fell obviously. It hit the chair on the glass and the chair fell, letting the clock fall onto the table. The table was hit by the glass. Surprisingly, only a little piece of wood broke off. You would think the glass would have broken also. But, I think is that my grandfather's spirit was there to save it. My father agrees with me.
And now all I can say is, thank you.
Chucky
"Hi, I'm Chucky and I'm your friend til the end. Heidi- ho, hahaha."

My Story
Since I want to be a writer when I get older, I decided I would practice. So I am writing a story. I haven't decided a name just yet. I am on the 13th page, but I am using a notebook so that is a lot of writing. I am hoping to fill up the entire notebook. Here is the summary so far,
Kayla has the perfect life. The best bestfriend, the greatest boyfriend, and an awesome reputation at her school. But when she finds out she is moving from Denver, Colorado to North Carolina, things change a little bit. Her boyfriend breaks up with her and she loses her best friend. She meets this boy in NC, named Riley. With gorgeous eyes and hair, she falls for fast. He likes her back. Simple boy and girl crushes. But something is going on with her parents, but what? Will she figure it out and save her family but lose Riley or will she pay too much attention to Riley and lose her family? Is it a risk worth taking?
Well, I hoped you liked my summary. Maybe, when the story is finished, I will post it on a website for you all to see it. Just maybe.

The Letter
Do you know who Lisi Harrison is? You should. She writes my favorite book series, "The Clique". There are many books out so far, I believe 8. There will be 12, you'll soon find out how I know this.
When I first started reading the series, it really got me hooked, because it is about middle school life, drama, and guys(major subject I get an A in). I decided to write her a letter, I do not remember what I wrote, it was so long ago. But, finally, she wrote me back, answering 10 questions I wrote her.
1. When will THE CLIQUE be a movie?
A: It is coming! The dvd comes out November 18th, 2008! Thank gawd!
2. Who are the girls on the cover supposed to be?
A: They are models representing a clique, not the clique. We choose our characters.
3. Which character is most like you?
A: Massie- she loves fashion, bratty comebacks, and her puppy. Claire- she has learned to accept herself for who she is. Dylan- she cracks up at burps. But NOT like Kristin because she stinks at sports.
4. How are you able to write books for tweens when you are an adult?
A: She WAS a tween.
5. How did you come up with the idea to write about this?
A: She worked for MTV.
6. Any advice for wannabe writers? (My fave question)
A: 1.) Write every day. It doesn't have to be good or interesting or grammatically correct. Just write anyway. It will keep your juices flowing and I guarantee that by the end of each session, you will have at least one good sentence that you can use in the future. 2.) Read a lot. And read the stuff you like, not stuff you think you should like. Because chances are you will write in the genre you like to read. So it's important to know how other people are doing it. 3.) Carry a little notebook where ever you go. If you see something funny, someone with a cool name, interesting story idea, or when your on the bus you see a cool name, write them down. So when you need a name or idea, you will have it in your notebook. 4.) If someone tells you you'll never be a writer put on your pointiest boots and kick them in the shin.
7.How many clique books will there be?
A: So far, 12, but if we want more, there will be more.
8. Are you going to write other books?
A: Yes!
9. Any advice for people who go to clique-y schools?
A: Those girls: insecure.
10. Any glossip-girl lipgloss for sale?
A: Sorry girlies! She made that stuff up!
So that is what questions she answered me. The reason I wrote the full answer to #6 is because I want to be a writer someday and I appreciate her answering that question for me.

Braces(All Warnings)
Have you heard about braces? The things that go on the front of your teeth, yeah, those. Everyone thinks that when they have braces their lips will puff up. Guess what? They don't! Your lips look perfectly normal. Trust me, you won't look like a monkey. XD
Other people say braces hurt like heck. I am not going to object to that because you may have a different orthodontist. For mine, it only hurts when I get my wires changed or when they have to re do the brackets. Only part that hurts. For me at least. =P
Well, I hope my blog helped you understand any questions about braces. If not, just leave a comment for me and I will add it in here. Thanks. xo

The Glowsticks
Ohk so yesterday, I was at church. You may be thinking, how do glowsticks relate to church? Just read. The church was having 2 Halloween parties that day, one was for the younger kids and the other was for the older kids/teenagers. The staff for the younger party(including me) had to be there a half hour early. Even though my sister wasnt on the staff, I brought her anyway so we oculd have more help and my parents wouldn't have to drive back and forth. Good thinking, eh? During that half hour, we put out cookies and paper masks and games and prizes. The prizes were glowsticks and crap. But guess what? No one came to that party!!!!!!!
So the staff and my sister got all the prizes and cookies and masks. We hid our glowsticks in the freezer so no one could have it except for us. We made a sign that said, "Halloween Party 12-3".
That incuded both parties. When we brought the sign outside, we placed it down and looked at it. It came out beautiful. Then, a gust of wind came and took it away. Myself, being so dramatic, dropped down on my knees and yelled, "Nooooooooo!". I know, pathetic. But my knees hurt now. Good thing we made a new sign and this one didn't blow away.
After the sign incident, we decided to go inside and make paper bags puppets. It was my friend Jess, my friend Tiffany, and me. Our puppets came out to be similiar, and they were funny looking. We made a movie called, "When Paperbags Attack". The movie was about paperbags attacking....guess who....people! Funny stuff. All the parents that were there(this is the older kid party now) were staring and laughing at us. But they didn't know they were going to laugh even more.
We got bored so we decided to get our glowsticks out of the freezer. We got them to work and then went in the closet with the light off and had a dance party. Shut up! I know what you're thinking! We are not that so shut up! But anyways, we danced to songs like Thriller, 5 Speckled Frogs, Speed Racer, etc. It was fun. Very fun. And you missed it. Haha, sucks for you.
So that was my Halloween party, we I ate too much crap and got wicked hyper and now, I am here, telling you my story. Overall, church wasn't so bad yesterday, I didn't learn anything and I got permission not to go today.

I am SO SO sorry
Wait! For what am I sorry for? Yeah yeah, I don't know you, you haven't missed me, whatever! You have and you know it.
Well, I have had two other blogs and have forgotten the passwords to both. Stupid, stupid me. *smacks self*
The other ones were The World May Never Know and My Spoiled Life.
Anyways, I am Chelsea. I only blog because 1.) My aunt and sister do it, and 2.) I want to be a writer when I get older and this is really good practice.
Well, just to wrap this up I am really sorry for not blogging in almost a year and thanks for staying tuned. I PROMISE to come on more often and blog. And just to make sure I do, I will have my aunt send me emails and tell me to go blog. I will listen and blog.
So thanks,
Chelsss
So thanks,
Chelsss
